We are a home based family run business and mobile consulting group with a renovation team of trade professionals. We began small in 2003, launched a website in 2004 and grew rapidly to now service a large base of private and commercial clients. We have no other employees; however we contract many professionals, such as tradespeople and designers to work on specific jobs. Our team is highly trained, reliable and quality assured. We do not advertise but keep a well managed, updated website which attracts many of our customers. Also, a lot of our clients are referred to us by previous customers and suppliers and word of mouth. A number of inquiries are in response to articles and editorials often seen in The West Australian, Scoop Insite Magazine, Homes and Living, The Post, Western Suburbs Weekly and others. We keep our operating overheads down, passing the savings on to you. Essence Interiors is now well known and respected within the building industry of Perth.

How do we do that?

With these easy steps below:

1. We start with a thorough brief

What do you need? What dont you need? Whats on your wish list? What is your Dream Home? what can you afford?
All the while , when you are talking to us and explaining your brief ( or what you actually want to achieve with your project) we are working for you

We are listening. We are planning. We are budgeting........

2. We give you a quote

Yes, we can get 10 tradies to turn up and quote on your job, in one day!! (Thats really cool right? - yeah we know....!)

3. We let you tweak it

If you can't afford this, or you dont want that, or what about a spa? How can we do this? We sort out all the changes and adjust the quote. We want you to be perfectly comfortable about the schedule of works before we begin so we dont miss a thing and you are left very happy.

4. Then, when you are perfectly happy, and all is agreed, we set the renovation cost.

The project fee cost gets set aswell. The fee you pay us, doesn't move.

5. You will know what you need to pay us as fees before the renovation starts

This amount wont change no matter how high your renovation costs go. Of course we will try and keep these costs down as much as possible but if you wish to add or subtract anything there will be no hefty charge - no change in fee.

What We Do:

Essence tackles many varied projects such as renovating whole homes, bathrooms, installing kitchens and decorating new homes. We also fit out display homes, repainting, and carpeting, curtaining...anything at all, right down to refurbishing a day spa, a day care centre, a public bar and a dentist's surgery.

Renovations and decorating are our speciality and we pride ourselves on our happy customers and brilliant results.

Any budget, any size, any location, any situation. No project is too hard or too small.

We dont ask you to move out! We work around you....no need to cause you extra upheaval? Stay in your home and we will do our very best to make life during a renovation a success!

We can rig up a temporary kitchen or laundry, sort out a mobile bathroom for you, help you move your stuff or cover up your belongings.

Dont struggle with the stress- we know how hard it is to adjust to the disruption in your home.

Yes - We understand the hassle of renovation - We don't force you out of your home. We can work around you. It's all about you. We need you to be comfortable with us and you need to be comfortable in your own home!

Avoid the extra expenses of relocating, renting or having to go away or stay with friends (God forbid!), we dont mind you being there its not a big problem for us because we are all about making YOU happy. Our tradies are happy to oblige, they are asked to be considerate and they do take the ultimate care. There's no need to uproot, we can sort it out in no time and then you will be back in business! We are happy to work with individuals, project builders, developers, construction companies, commercial businesses, architects and building companies of all sizes. We make sure the client's needs are met and involve them as much as they want to be and we get on with things, when the customer is happy to give us autonomy or is unable to attend.

We do it on time, close to budget ( we are always within $1000 from target) and without the dramas of doing it yourself, without the pain, the stress, the time wasting and the inconvenience. We do it all for you, no fuss. We keep you informed, updated, in the loop and as involved in decisions as you like.
