Home Staging


Agents and developers, who would require home staging, in particular, partial home staging and styling apartments for sale, display homes or property presentation, to their clients who are selling property.

We are now offering  A NEW FULL & PARTIAL STAGING  service at very reasonable rates and although I've been an Interior Designer  and renovations manager for 15 years and have decorated many display homes, this is a new service offering we are introducing as we see a gap in this very tough real estate market. This offering is to help your customers present the best property they can.

What do we mean by ‘gap in the market?’Partial Home Staging is the gap we wish to service. 

There are not many staging providers who will stage homes using existing furniture, but we have done so and we do a great job of it. 

Why is partial staging a good option?

  • Sellers can use some of their own furniture if they are selling a property that is not vacant. This saves the cost of using storage.
  • Partial staging is less invasive, inconvenient and less costly for the seller 
  • We can achieve great results by adding to ( or subtracting) existing furniture to make spaces more appealing.
  • We use our stock inventory of home wares to create a more appealing atmosphere and an impact for the buyers so that the property sells quicker
  • We use both existing (and some hired) furniture to create the best layout and feel for the home, using the best assets of the property to highlight the very best points of sale. We can identify what will sell and enhance that feature!
  • For those who need “extra help” to present their property well, this a great option as we only do what is necessary to bring the spaces to life without over the top expenses.

We have a relationship with a great furniture hire company for larger furniture, or we can buy from our trusted suppliers at low prices ( and offer buy back arrangements) , plus we offer full set up, styling and staging and use of our inventory for a 5 week period, with delivery and pick up.

Some examples of our rates over a 5 week rental, for different sized homes are below;

  • 2 bed x 1 bath properties from $1600 plus hired items
  • 3 bed x 1 bath properties from $2100 plus hired items
  • 4 bed x 2 bath properties from $2650 plus hired items
  • 5 bed x 2 bath and larger properties from $3200 plus hired items
